Vraj Group is a Mumbai based Real Estate organisation with more than four decade of experience in the construction industry. Vraj Group was launching their flagship projects, 9th Avenue and Paras Residency in two different areas of Mumbai
Problem Statement:
Real estate builders have a key problem on pricing, based on the perception of the brand in the minds of consumers.
Vraj Group wanted to onboard a partner who could position Vraj Group and its upcoming projects as premier projects and help the company command a premium.

Brand Discovery
We undertook an understanding of the target audience in the target location to formulate a visual and content strategy that resonated with the audience. The core logo design and communication strategy were created that would act as the foundation for the entire Marketing & Sales activation.
